A neutral daily floor cleaner for properties running a mix of flooring types, where using a single product across tile, marble and vinyl is simpler than stocking three. Neutral pH matters here: acidic cleaners will dull and etch polished marble over time, which is an expensive mistake in a hotel lobby.
