High-strength chlorine sanitizer (90% TCCA) for swimming pool disinfection.

TCCA is the standard sanitiser for most commercial pools, supplied as slow-dissolving tablets or granules. Its key property is that it is stabilised — it carries its own cyanuric acid, which shields the chlorine from being burned off by sunlight. That matters a great deal for outdoor pools, where unstabilised chlorine can be largely destroyed within hours of strong sun. Hotels and resorts generally run TCCA in a floating dispenser or feeder for continuous sanitising, topping up with a faster-acting product when a pool needs shocking.

Strong oxidiser. Never mix TCCA with any other pool chemical, and never with acid or ammonia — the reaction releases toxic chlorine gas and can ignite. Add product to water, never water to product. Store dry, sealed, and well away from acids. Cyanuric acid accumulates in the pool over time and eventually requires partial draining and refilling.
